Up to 5 hours planning can be used for any of these activities: delivering baskets to hotel for your out of town guests, running errands, negotiating group room blocks for you and your guests, coordinating and contracting transportation for you and your guests, and selection process of professional vendors, menu planning meeting, menu tasting, guidance in the final selection of flowers, centerpieces, linens, tabletop and other event decor, assist in selecting design, color(s) and flavor(s) of your cakes. Services include, but are not limited to: phone calls, face to face meetings on your behalf, vendor arrangements and contract negotiations.

Why not leave all the little wedding day tasks to us? Let your Mother and Bridesmaids enjoy the day! Don't skimp on a less experienced wedding coordinator with no experience. You only have one chance to have the wedding of your dreams. Also, if you are just thinking of having a former bride or friend take care of the day-of duties, don't, usually she only has experience with one other wedding ...hers...she doesn't have any experience working with vendors or surprises that may arise throughout the day. I handle the following to make your day a smooth success:
This service gives you peace of mind for your special day . I can include up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage. E-mails, phone calls and/or in-person meeting with client to discuss and finalize plans. Feel free to ask about anything that is on your mind relating to etiquette, budgeting, tipping, planning, etc. and I will give you advice and recommendations. Wedding day timeline and accessories checklist and seating template will be provided. If we are not already familiar with your ceremony and reception sites we will also visit to see layout and meet the on-site contacts for questions. Any additional hours of service that you may need will be billed at $30.00 an hour.

We provide planning assistance via email when you need it, throughout the wedding planning process. We offer advice, guidance and support. This service is for clients who are planning their wedding themselves but are simply looking for guidance on vendors. I do the legwork to help you locate pre-qualified vendors for your event. Since I do not take referral fees from vendors, I work to find the best professional vendors for your budget and style in the area.
